Trakken Technologies GmbH (hereinafter referred to as „Trakken“) takes data protection issues very seriously and wants to ensure that your privacy is protected when using the websites of Trakken Technologies GmbH. We therefore only record, process and use your personal data with your consent or when a legal regulation permits this. In the following, we will explain which of your personal data we record, store and use and for what purposes, and for which recording, storage and usage you are giving your consent.

3. Automatic Data Capture through the Use of Cookies and Storage with Other Data

A transmission to governmental institutions or the authorities only takes place within the scope of mandatory national legal requirements.

7. Duration of the Data Storage

9. Data Security and Storage on TrakkBoard

So as to achieve faster access to the data within the TrakkBoard, some of the data which arrive via linked interfaces are stored temporarily and are cached at Trakken. This storage is only for a limited amount of time and all data are subsequently deleted.

10. Information

You are entitled, free of charge, to request information about the data that we store about you at any time. Should your data be incorrect or have been stored wrongfully, we shall be happy to correct, block or delete the data. Please also inform us as soon as there are any changes to your personal data. Should you no longer be willing to give your consent, you may revoke it at any time in accordance with § 5 of this data protection declaration.
